LIT I will be starting its 10th class and is designed for 8th grade students from the local middle schools. This popular program is sponsored by the Community Education Council and Penn State Cooperative Extension. LIT I will enhance the participants leadership skills with hands-on-activities. The activities for this year's 4 month deals with: team building, communication skills, financial awareness, diversity, government awareness, and participation in community service projects.
